Thank you for shopping at If you are dissatisfied with your merchandise you may return it for a replacement or refund of your full merchandise cost.

Damaged Items:

If anything is damaged in your order, please save the box and all the packing material as well as the item. Notify us immediately at 508-821-3704 so we can instruct you on the proper method of handling the damaged merchandise. Please do not return the damaged merchandise to us before contacting us.

Return Shipping Instructions:

All returned items should be unused, and in the same condition as you received them. Returned items must be 100% complete, in their original packaging, and contain all manuals, components and accessories.

Please write your RMA number clearly on the shipping label or outside of the shipping container (do not mark the product box). You are free to use any carrier that you wish but we recommend using FedEx or UPS because all packages shipped via FedEx or UPS are automatically insured at $100 free of charge and all packages delivered here by FedEx or UPS are signed for. If you choose USPS we suggest that you purchase Insurance and Signature Confirmation as we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during the return trip. In the event that a package is listed as "Delivered" but cannot be found, only the signature of a Bay State Pet & Garden Supply Inc. employee will suffice as proof of delivery to our warehouse.

RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization):

All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numberissued by us within 30 days of your original invoice date. After 30 days from purchase we can no longer issue a RMA and will refer you to the manufacturer for warranty service. RMA's expire in 15 days after they are issued and cannot be extended or re-issued. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused.

Any deviation from the returns process outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, an additional restocking fee, and possibly a refusal of your return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments including defective items.
