$10 Local Delivery applies only to pet supply purchases of $75 or more. This shipping option will only be applicable to customers with delivery addresses within the list of zip codes provided.

$10 Local Delivery orders may take up to 3 business days to be delivered.

All local deliveries will be tailgate/front door deliveries. Your order will be left at the closest point to your front door that is easily accessible for our truck & driver. You may be asked to sign for your order. We are not responsible for damaged or theft of orders after they are delivered to you.

UPS & USPS Orders

Most orders received by 12pm EST are processed and shipped out via UPS or USPS the same business day from our store in Taunton, MA. Orders received after 12pm EST may ship the next business day.

Free Bi-Weekly Martha's Vineyard Delivery

Free Bi-Weekly Martha's Vineyard Delivery applies only to pet supply purchases of $75 or more. This shipping option will only be applicable to customers with delivery addresses within the list of zip codes provided. Orders will ship on our Martha's Vineyard Route Truck that delivers bi-weekly. Please contact us for delivery day

All Martha's Vineyard deliveries will be tailgate/front door deliveries. Your order will be left at the closest point to your front door that is easily accessible for our truck & driver. Backorders

If there is a back order on an item, we will notify you via email. The rest of your order will ship immediately, and we will ship the backordered item as soon as it becomes available with no additional cost to you.

Transit Times

Estimated Transit times are as follows:

UPS - Northeast (1-2 business days); Southeast (2-3 business days); Central & Plains States (3-5 business days) West Coast (4-5 business days)

USPS - Northeast (1-2 business days); Southeast (2-3 business days); Central & Plains States (3-5 business days) West Coast (4-5 business days)

In-Store Pick Up

If you live in the Southeastern MA area, you can stop by our store in Taunton, MA to pick up your order. When you place your order, you will see a "Pick Up" option at check out. Simply select this option and you will not be charged for shipping. We will notify you if there is a back order on any items. Let us know when you would like to pick up your order in the order notes so that we can have it ready for you. Our hours for In-Store Pick Up are 8am to 6pm, Monday through Friday.

Freight Deliveries

Large orders (over 150 pounds) are generally shipped via freight truck on a pallet. We will find the most cost-effective way to ship your order and give you an estimate prior to shipment. Please let us know whether you have a loading dock and/or forklift to unload the pallet(s) from the truck and whether the delivery will be made in a residential or commercial neighborhood. We will also need your receiving hours, the contact person's name and phone number, and if there are any special instructions for the driver. International Orders

Our website is set up to handle orders shipped to the U.S. and Canada via FedEx, UPS and USPS (US Postal Service). Please note that all customs, duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer or receiving party. If you would like to ship to any other country, please call us at 508-821-3704 or email us at info@baystatepet.com and we will give you a quote on shipping. We do not accept credit card payments from countries other than the United States and Canada. International payments may be made via Paypal or wire transfer. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.
