If you live in the Southeastern MA area, you can stop by our store in Taunton, MA to pick up your order. When you place your order, choose "Free 1 Hour Curbside Pick Up" at check out. (For our Paypal customers, make sure you include your correct phone number incase we need to contact you.) We will notify via email when you when your order is ready and provide pick up instructions. If you are ordering in advance, please let us know when you would like to pick up your order in the order notes so that we can have it ready for you. Our hours for "Free 1 Hour Curbside Pick Up" are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Saturday and 8am to 4pm on Sunday.

Free Local Pet Food Delivery

Free Local Pet Food Delivery applies only to pet food and supply purchases of $50 or more. Orders placed before 12pm EST will usually be delivered by the end of the second business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will usually be delivered within 3 business days. This shipping option will only be available to customers with delivery addresses within the list of zip codes provided.

Zip codes that qualify for Free Local Pet Food Delivery are - 02780, 02764, 02715, 02769, 02771, 02767, 02779.

* During COVID-19, we are unable to enter any house, garage, shed or barn. All deliveries are tailgate deliveries only and will be left outside at the closest point where it is easily and safely accessible for our truck and driver.

Same Day Local Pet Food Delivery

Same Day Local Pet Food Delivery applies only to pet food and supply purchases of $50 or more. Orders placed before 12pm EST will be delivered by the end of that business day. Monday Route Truck (Up to 20 pieces to Taunton. Dighton, North Dighton, Rehoboth or Seekonk)

Orders must be placed by Saturday at 6 pm to make it on the Monday Route Truck. All order after that time will be on the following week's route.

Backorders

If an item you purchased is backordered, we will notify you via phone or email. Your order may not ship until the backordered item is available.

UPS & USPS Orders

Most orders received by 12pm EST are processed and shipped out via UPS or USPS by the end of the next business day from our store in Taunton, MA. Orders received after 12pm EST may ship the end of the second business day.

Weekly Martha's Vineyard Delivery

Martha's Vineyard Delivery applies to purchases of $75 or more. This shipping option will only be applicable to customers with delivery addresses within the list of zip codes provided. Orders will ship on our Martha's Vineyard Route Truck that delivers weekly. Please contact us for delivery day.

Transit Times

Estimated Transit times are as follows:

UPS - Northeast (1-2 business days); Southeast (2-3 business days); Central & Plains States (3-5 business days) West Coast (4-5 business days)

USPS - Northeast (1-2 business days); Southeast (2-3 business days); Central & Plains States (3-5 business days) West Coast (4-5 business days)

Freight Deliveries

Large orders (over 150 pounds) are generally shipped via freight truck on a pallet. We will find the most cost-effective way to ship your order and give you an estimate prior to shipment. Please let us know whether you have a loading dock and/or forklift to unload the pallet(s) from the truck and whether the delivery will be made in a residential or commercial neighborhood. We will also need your receiving hours, the contact person's name and phone number, and if there are any special instructions for the driver. International Orders

Our website is set up to handle orders shipped to the U.S. and Canada via FedEx, UPS and USPS (US Postal Service). Please note that all customs, duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer or receiving party. We do not accept credit card payments from countries other than the United States and Canada. International payments may be made via Paypal or wire transfer.
