If you live in the Southeastern MA area, you can stop by our store in Taunton, MA to pick up your order. When you place your order, choose "Free 1 Hour Curbside Pick Up" at check out. We will notify via email when you when your order is ready and provide pick up instructions. If you are ordering in advance, please let us know when you would like to pick up your order in the order notes so that we can have it ready for you. Our hours for "Free 1 Hour Curbside Pick Up" are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Saturday and 8am to 4pm on Sunday.

Free 1 Hour In-Store Pick Up

Monday Route Truck

Orders must be placed by Saturday at 6 pm to make it on the Monday Route Truck. All order after that time will be on the following week's route.

All local deliveries will be tailgate/front door deliveries. Your order will be left at the closest point to your front door that is easily accessible for our truck & driver. You may be asked to sign for your order. We are not responsible for damaged or theft of orders after they are delivered to you.

Weekly Martha's Vineyard Delivery

Martha's Vineyard Delivery applies to purchases of $100 or more. This shipping option will only be applicable to customers with delivery addresses within the list of zip codes provided. Orders will ship on our Martha's Vineyard Route Truck that delivers weekly. Please contact us for delivery day.

Zip codes that qualify for Weekly Martha's Vineyard Delivery are - 02535,02539,02557,02568,02575.

All Martha's Vineyard deliveries will be tailgate/front door deliveries. Your order will be left at the closest point to your front door that is easily accessible for our truck & driver. UPS & USPS Orders

Most orders received by 12pm EST are processed and shipped out via UPS or USPS by the end of the next business day from our store in Taunton, MA. Orders received after 12pm EST may ship the end of the second business day.

Backorders

If an item you purchased is backordered, we will notify you via phone or email. Your order may not ship until the backordered item is available.

Freight Deliveries

Large orders (over 150 pounds) are generally shipped via freight truck on a pallet. We will find the most cost-effective way to ship your order and give you an estimate prior to shipment. Please let us know whether you have a loading dock and/or forklift to unload the pallet(s) from the truck and whether the delivery will be made in a residential or commercial neighborhood. We will also need your receiving hours, the contact person's name and phone number, and if there are any special instructions for the driver. International Orders

Our website is set up to handle orders shipped to the U.S. and Canada via FedEx, UPS and USPS (US Postal Service). Please note that all customs, duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer or receiving party. We do not accept credit card payments from countries other than the United States and Canada. International payments may be made via Paypal or wire transfer.
